Anne Alexander set up Leapfrog Training and Development following a successful career in a leading UK University running the Learning and Development function for around 4,500 staff. Prior to that, Anne taught in the Further Education sector and her early career was spent in the hotel and catering sector where she gained invaluable leadership experience.
